About Autoset.
There is a Li-battery in the storage battery compartment to track the current time and the current settings, which means the clock can calculate the time accurately even when the clock is not powered, but the screen cannot be light up normally. So whenever the clock is repowered and reactivated, there is no need to reset the time or any other parameters.
